ABA Convention

Tomorrow I leave at the crack of dawn for Kentucky to meet hundreds of independent booksellers – how great is that? I’ve been really looking forward to this, so of course yesterday I woke up with a cold. I’ve been pounding Airbornes and doing Zicam swabs, but so far nothing seems to be stemming this virus from hell. And what’s just about the worse thing for a cold? Getting on an airplane. Also, getting no sleep, but thus is my life with my 2-year old who seems to have some kind of moral opposition to sleeping.

In any case, I’ll be sure to post again about how it went and who I met (some author superstars will be in attendance too).
